acknowledged by a senior member of the Muslim Brotherhood terrorist
organization, and proof that the club found today on over 600 public and

officials are allowing in their Administrative role to provide taxpayer funds
to support an FBI identified terrorist front organization in our public
schools. It should be noted that no Muslim Students
Association has ever been banned from any school campus. I speculate that is because of their
stated religious 501C(3) tax exempt status as a
religious organization. I also
presumed that the reason the FBI and other government agencies and elected
officials have not acted upon the preponderance of evidence showing that the
MSA is a terrorist organization closely associated with the international
Muslim Brotherhood and federally identified terrorist organizations including
Hamas, is primarily an issue of political correctness, not an issue of
insufficient federally accepted evidence against the terrorist front organization,
or their ignorance of the facts.
Since I have seen no evidence of any discussion of these documents on
any public school district website, I assume our elected officials have not

It is probable that the Muslim Students Association (MSA)
is existing legally in some schools as a “limited
open forum”, and illegally in others. If the MSA has any functions of the
club managed by school staff, or the club has staff participate in events
(such as prayer meetings) or if the club is associated with any curriculum
(such as being offered as an educational resource by a course instructor),
the club becomes curriculum related and school promoted, potentially allowing
for the club to NOT be subject to 4071(b). This sort of school endorsement of the
MSA, which promotes itself as a religious organization is illegal and may
lead to the school loosing federal funding.
It can be proven
that members of teaching staff such as Professor Sami al Arian and other
school employees nationally participated with the MSA, and thus the MSA is in
violation of 20 U.S.C. sect 4071(c)(2,3)
The MSA has been identified in federal court as an
affiliate of Hamas and a front for the illegal totalitarian party, the Muslim
Brotherhood. These two illegal
organizations endanger the well-being of students and faculty. It is the mandate of the school and
its agents to protect the well-being of the students and faculty by taking
reasonable steps to address the serious concerns and illegal activities
identified in the 2007 federally accepted terrorism evidence showing the MSA
is in violation of multiple terrorist related legislation including Executive
Order 12947 which made it illegal to affiliate with Hamas. Federally accepted evidence proves
that participation with MSA is a typical method of being recruited into the
Hamas Military Wing, and is the process in which leadership in the club are
enrolled into the illegal totalitarian political organization, the Muslim
Brotherhood.
20 U.S.C. 4071(d)(5) allows the school to prohibit support
of the MSA since the meetings are unlawful as the MSA is a proven illegal
affiliated of Hamas and the totalitarian political organization, the Muslim
Brotherhood.
The Domestic
Intelligence Briefing does not address any religious issue regarding the MSA,
nor does it directly address issues of Free Speech. It does however address the use of
public support in their promotion of the ideology of the illegal totalitarian
political organization, the Muslim Brotherhood. The MSA has been shown in federally accepted evidence
that it is affiliated with Hamas and the international terrorist totalitarian
political organization based in The common
understanding is that a school does not endorse or support student speech
that it merely permits on a nondiscriminatory basis…” but the
school does not permit discriminatory speech. The MSA promotes on their website
discriminatory ideology of the Muslim Brotherhood. This speech which calls for the
discrimination against Jews and women and others is illegal and in violation
of the MSA’s tax exempt status as well as several federal statutes. Failure to
censor the MSA is an action, and if this action is taken after being informed
of the federally accepted evidence showing the MSA is illegally affiliated
with Hamas, it might be considered evidence of “knowingly”
providing tacit support to an organization that is in violation of federal
legislation and Executive Order. In the case of the MSA, it can be shown that in understanding the club’s views, the school also understood that the club was in violation of federal laws and executive order. It can be shown
that school faculty participate in Muslim religious meetings in violation of
section 4071c(3) and (5). and
4072(2) where school staff pray with students as a part of the meeting. It may also be
shown in court that the Muslim Brotherhood totalitarian political organization
created and maintains leadership levels of control of the MSA in I have not

booklet, shows how, as early as the 1980s, operatives from the Muslim Brotherhood,

of Iran.[4] Its agendas have been clear since its creation: infiltration,
subversion and global terror with world conquest as the goal. …To establish one Islamic
state of united Islamic countries, one nation under one leadership whose
mission will be to reinforce adherence to the law of Allah...and the strengthening
of the Islamic presence in the world arena....The goal...is the establishment
of a world Islamic state.[5] The first target was the
“near enemy” – the Arab states that al-Banna and his followers
felt had betrayed Islam. The The organization’s
aspirations for world dominion seemed like a fantasy until the Iranian
revolution of 1979. But that event showed the jihadists that they could
conquer and govern a state and use it as a base for Islamic revolution
elsewhere. There was no doubt who the enemy was. The
Iranian leader Ayatollah Khomeni coined the phrase “Great Satan”
and “Little Satan” to demonize the “Destroying Western
Civilization From Within”

many overlapping groups, with personnel that move from one to the other and
hold positions in different organizations simultaneously—an arrangement
that resembles the Communist Party’s creation of interlocking front
groups during the Cold War and complicates the task of understanding and
tracking the pattern of their activities. The organizations Akram saw as
advancing the Islamo-Fascist movement in America included,
among many others, the Islamic Society of North America, the North American
Islamic Trust, the Islamic Circle of North America, the International
Institute for Islamic Thought, and the Islamic Association for Palestine
– from which came the Council on American Islamic
Relations (CAIR) three years later. But perhaps the most important of these
groups in terms of the long term infiltration and conquest the Brotherhood

MSA is a key lobbying organization for the Wahhabi sect of Islam.[14] MSA solicited donations for the
Holy Land Foundation for Relief and Development, whose assets the Charging that U.S. foreign

American military incursions into both Afghanistan and
Iraq.[16] The organization also follows the Arab
propaganda line in the Middle East conflict and has condemned the
anti-terrorist security fence that Israel has built in the West Bank as an
illegal “apartheid wall” that violates the civil and human rights
of Palestinians. An influential member of the
International ANSWER steering committee, MSA maintains a large presence at
ANSWER-sponsored anti-war demonstrations.[17] The pro-North Local chapters of MSA signed a
February 20, 2002 document, composed by the radical group Refuse & Resist
(a creation of the Revolutionary Communist Party’s) condemning military
tribunals and the detention of immigrants apprehended in connection with post-9/11
terrorism investigations.[19] The document read, in
part: “They the MSA has strongly opposed the
Patriot Act, which it describes as an “infamous” piece of
legislation. The organization’s chapters across the MSA chose not to endorse or

18 U.S.C. 2385 (the Smith Act) and similar proposed legislation, are being reviewed
for constitutionality in use against the MSA in public schools. Another
application of this statute is being considered as a way to get at the
problem of the threat from sharia. Title
18 U.S.C. 2385 (2)(a)(3), is also being reviewed to see if it would legally
apply, (when there is a federal finding of Imminent Danger as defined in
Brandenburg v Ohio, a case decided by SCOTUS under the state syndicalism
laws) to those who have been legally informed of the FBI evidence from the
HLF terrorist financing trial proving the MSA supports war in the United
States, and is a recruiting front in our high schools (and other schools) for
the international terrorist organizations named the Muslim Brotherhood and
Hamas and continue to provide taxpayer funds to support the MSA. By our elected officials knowing support of
continued tax payer funds to the MSA which the FBI has stated
supports war in the United States, along with knowing the commitment of the
terrorist front organization, and a federal finding of imminent
danger, warrant concern by locally elected City and Public School
Board officials nationally in regards to supporting a terrorist front
organization identified as being an affiliate of Hamas in
Federal court.
Legal
Justification for the Briefing This is an overview of the legality of the Domestic Intelligence Briefing. This
Briefing is intended to eventually lead to the ending of all tax payer
support for the Muslim Students Association (MSA), a federally identified terrorist
front organization for the international Muslim Brotherhood totalitarian
political party and Hamas, operating as a publicly funded club on American public school
campuses. This legislation has been
compiled from a variety of State and Federal sources. It includes many of the legal
definitions that I have used to represent the Muslim Brotherhood, Hamas, the
MSA, and our locally elected officials who continue to knowingly allow public
funds to support terrorist organizations operating within the elected officials jurisdiction.
Need for Expert
Testimony (from the The facts and nature of
this case are complex and requiring of special and unique context for
reliable and informed determinations. The jury cannot possibly, on its own,
sort through the facts of this case without expert guidance and instruction
on the myriad of issues set out in the summary of the case. It is ultimately
up to the jury to decide whether the defendants knowingly provided material
support to Hamas, but without the benefit of expert testimony, the jury will
be unable to arrive at a point where they can make an educated and
responsible decision. The following information is provided from the Trial Briefing for
the 2008 successfully prosecuted terrorist financing trial of the GOVERNMENT’S TRIAL BRIEF
(U.S. v. HLF, et al) II. FACTUAL BACKGROUND Hamas is an international terrorist
organization with the stated objective of destroying the State of Israel and
replacing it with an Islamic state comprised
of what is now On January 24, 1995, pursuant to
Executive Order 12947, the Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets
Control, designated Hamas as a Specially Designated Terrorist organization.
This designation makes it illegal for any Hamas’ designation as a Specially
Designated Terrorist organization has remained in place since January 24,
1995. On October 8, 1997, the Secretary of State, pursuant to the laws of the
By 1995, Hamas had made clear its
intention to violently derail the peace process by undermining what was
perceived as a corrupt and ineffective PA, and continuing its violent campaign of suicide bombings, kidnappings
and other paramilitary actions. Executive Order 12947 on January 23,
1995, which declared unlawful organizations and individuals committed to
disrupting the Subsequently, in 1996, Congress passed
the Antiterrorism and Effective Death Penalty Act (AEDPA), which created the
term “Foreign Terrorist Organization” and resulted in the
codification of the material support statute of Title 18, United States Code,
Section 2339B. In October 1997, the State Department
listed Hamas as a Foreign Terrorist Organization. The new statutes and laws
enacted by Executive Order 12947 and AEDPA prohibited the provision of any
type of support to any component of the designated organization.
The
MSA was legally identified as a terrorist front in the successfully prosecuted
2008 terrorist financing trial of the Holy Land Foundation (HLF). The “smoking gun” evidence
and criminal
testimony used to
convict the management of the HLF also applies directly to the Muslim
Brotherhood terrorist network recruiting front named the MSA.
The
provided evidence does not necessarily directly implicate any specific member
of the MSA club on any school campus, although the methodologies used to
identify co-conspirators in the HLF federal terrorism case may also be used
to potentially show that the chapter leadership of the MSA on public school
campuses knowingly promote a covert and subversive totalitarian ideology that
is anti-Constitution, anti-American, anti-Semitic, and pro-Islamist. This ideology is based on the Salafis
Muslim Political Islamist ideology as indirectly and directly promoted by the
international Muslim Brotherhood terrorist organization and it’s anti Executive Order 12947 on January 23, 1995, declared
unlawful organizations and individuals committed to disrupting the

Muslim Brotherhood is an internationally acknowledged totalitarian party
based in

Students Association was started by, and acts as the recruiting front for,
the Muslim Brotherhood, an international totalitarian party based in 18 U.S.C § 2331. Definitions
As used in this chapter— (3) the term “person” means any individual or entity capable of
holding a legal or beneficial interest in property; The Muslim Students Association is a 501(c)3 tax exempt legal entity. This definition was used in the HLF trial where the
corporation was indicted separately from the five convicted terrorist
founders. (5) the term
“domestic terrorism” means activities that— (A) involve acts
dangerous to human life that are a violation of the criminal laws of the (B) appear to be
intended— (i) to intimidate or
coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence
the policy of a government by intimidation
or coercion; or (iii) to affect the
conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination, or kidnapping;
and (C) occur primarily within the
territorial jurisdiction of the The
MSA fits the definition of “domestic terrorist” under
18U.S.C.2331(5)B(i,ii) as their actions intimidate student governments,
university administrators, Jewish students, and promote the agenda of Hamas
and the Muslim Brotherhood totalitarian political party.

we get into two issues. First,
by providing internet access, workspace, funding and other unspecified
support to the MSA in their legal jurisdiction, our elected government
officials are providing support to a federally identified front for an international
terrorist organization. In doing
this, they are supporting the recruiting front for the Brotherhood as proven
in declassified federal trial evidence.
Our elected officials are supporting the recruiting of members into
the terrorist organization by allowing the MSA to act as a front for the
Muslim Brotherhood on public school campuses. Secondly,
whether the elected officials knew, or did not know of the solicitation of
individuals into a terrorist organization becomes an issue. I am aware of no elected officials
that can currently be shown in court to have been knowingly supporting any
terrorist activities within their jurisdiction. INA Section 212(a)(3)(B)(iv) (VI) to commit an act
that the actor (elected official) knows, or reasonably should
know, affords material support, including a safe house, transportation, communications, funds,
transfer of funds or other material financial benefit, false documentation or
identification, weapons (including chemical, biological, or radiological
weapons), explosives, or training-- (aa) for the commission of
a terrorist activity; (bb) to any individual who
the actor knows, or reasonably should know, has committed or plans to commit
a terrorist activity; (cc) to a terrorist
organization described in clause (vi)(I) or (vi)(II); or (dd) to a terrorist organization described in clause
(vi)(III), unless the actor can demonstrate that he did not know, and
should not reasonably have known, that the act would further the
organization's terrorist activity. (vi) TERRORIST
ORGANIZATION DEFINED- As used
in clause (i)(VI) and clause (iv), the term `terrorist organization' means an
organization-- (I) designated under section 219
(II) otherwise designated, upon
publication in the Federal Register, by the Secretary of State in
consultation with or upon the request of the Attorney General, as a terrorist
organization, after finding that the organization engages in the activities
described in subclause (I), (II),

further terrorist activity; ((III) that is a group of
two or more individuals, whether organized or not, which engages in, or has a

Immigration Provisions Section 411. Definitions
Relating to Terrorism. Section 411 adds to
the terrorism-related grounds upon which an alien may be denied admission
into the Section 411 makes representatives of political, social
or similar groups, whose public endorsements of terrorist activities
undermines our efforts to reduce or eliminate terrorism, inadmissible as
well, 8 U.S.C. 1882(a)(3) (B)(i)(IV). (The
MSA is a proven terrorist front organization, as are Hamas and the Holy Land
Foundation, other creations of the internationally identified Muslim
Brotherhood totalitarian political terrorist organization, which promotes political, social, and
similar groups who’s endorsements of terrorism undermines U.S. efforts
to reduce or eliminate terrorism.) An individual who uses his or her place of prominence
to endorse, espouse, or advocate support for
terrorist activities or terrorist organizations in a manner which the
Secretary of State concludes undermines our efforts to reduce or eliminate
terrorism becomes inadmissible under section 411, 8 U.S.C.
1182(a)(3)(B)(i)(VI).

Finally, any alien, whom the Secretary of State or the Attorney General conclude has associated with a terrorist organization and intends to engage in conduct dangerous to the welfare, safety, security of the United States while in their country, is inadmissible, 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(F).CRS-35 Foreign nationals
(aliens) are deportable from the United States if they were inadmissible
at the time they entered the country or if they have subsequently engaged in
terrorist activity, 8 U.S.C. 1227(a)(1)(A),(a)(4)(B), 1182(a)(3)(B)(iv).
Aliens may be inadmissible for any number of terrorism-related reasons, 8
U.S.C. 1182(a)(3)(B).CRS-34 (This means that many of
the leadership and members of the MSA who have participated in leadership
roles in the Brotherhood front organization may potentially be prosecuted
under terrorism charges when a federal determination of imminent danger is
declared. If the danger is
associated with the Muslim Brotherhood, and/or the MSA (as in the potential
situation where a terrorist cell is associate with members of the MSA),
restrictions to the implementation of Title 18 terrorism legislation
associated with First Amendment rights of free speech may no longer apply.) Section
219 of the Immigration and
Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1189) permits the Secretary to
designate as terrorist organizations any foreign group which he finds to have
engaged in terrorist activities. Hamas has been
designated a foreign terrorist organization. Since the MSA is an affiliate of Hamas
as proven in federally accepted evidence, then support for the MSA is support
for Hamas and illegal. Precedence may
be found to show
that intimidation as used in the
definition of “domestic terrorism” in Section 802 of the Section 802 (5) the term “domestic
terrorism” means activities that— (A) involve acts dangerous to human life
that are a violation of the criminal laws of the (B) appear to be
intended— (i) to intimidate or
coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the
policy of a government by intimidation or coercion;

once the government decides that conduct is "domestic terrorism,"
law enforcement agents have the authority to charge anyone who provides
assistance to that person, even if the assistance is an act as minor as

of anyone who is providing assistance. Also, the government could prosecute
the person who provided their home under a new crime of "harboring"
a terrorist (Section 803) or for "providing material support" to

the government could prosecute the person who provided their home under a new
crime of "harboring" a terrorist (Section 803) or for
"providing material support" to "terrorists." Proposed amendment

of any pupil a preference for communism (or any other
totalitarian ideology). In prohibiting the advocacy or teaching of communism (or any other totalitarian ideology) with the intent
of indoctrinating or inculcating a preference in the mind of any pupil for
such doctrine, the Legislature Rather, does not intend to prevent the
teaching of the facts about communism (or any other
totalitarian party ideology). The Legislature intends to prevent the
advocacy of, or inculcation and indoctrination into, communism (or any other totalitarian party ideology) as is
hereinafter defined, for the purpose of undermining patriotism for, and the
belief in, the government of the United States and of this state. For the purposes of this section, communism (and
other totalitarian political ideologies) is (are)
a political theory that the presently existing form of government of the
United States or of this state should be changed, by force, violence, or
other unconstitutional means, to a totalitarian dictatorship which is based
on the principles of communism (or any other
totalitarian party ideology) as expounded by Marx, Lenin, and Stalin (and other totalitarian party leaders). Totalitarian
